My day often starts with practice, long notes as the the sun is rising (winter months that is, I'm not up that early in the summer), it can be calming, meditative, a good way to start the day. I've captured some of those blemished, early morning tones and first phrases, that feeling of stretching, waking up, testing the embouchure and the new day to see if it's going to be a good one......
